Spartanburg, S.C. – Annetta Kay Ruppe Phillips age 56, beloved wife of William Harold Phillips, passed away July 15, 2010 at home.

Born November 8, 1953 in Gaffney, SC, she was a daughter of the late Hoyle Andrew and Charlotte Ann Reynolds Ruppe. Kay was a graduate of Cedar Spring School, class of 1975 and a member of Roebuck Church of God. She will be remembered as a first class wife, and loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband of 34 years, Kay is survived by a daughter, Susan Salcedo and husband Raymon of Spartanburg; a son, Jason Phillips and his daughters, Kayla, Cassie, and Brianna Phillips all of Spartanburg; three sisters, Janice Simpson of Bluffton, SC, Susan Workman, Beckley, WV, and Pam Foster of Pacolet, SC; and three brothers, Tommy, David and Scott Ruppe all of Gaffney, SC.

A Visitation will be held today, July 16, 2010 from 1:30-2:45 P.M. at Roebuck Church of God. Funeral Services will immediately follow at 3:00 P.M. conducted by the Reverend Bruce Guy. Burial will be in Heritage Memorial Garden.
